LOW CARB CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

GLUTEN-FREE

Serving: 1/8 calories: 118 Kcal | 9.4g Fat | 3.4g Protein | 6.6g Carbohydrates

Serving tip: To be eaten COLD.
Preparation time: 15 min. | Working time 30 min.

Ingredients:
250 g Zucchini
2 Eggs
1 Tsp ACV (Apple cidar vinegar)
3/4 Cup of coconut flour * you can replace it with almond flour
1/4 Cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup of water
1/3 Cup butter or coconut oil
- Vanilla or flower water (fee drops) and It’s optional
- Sweetener of choice

Almond (nuts of choice)

Preparation:

  1. In a mixer add the water, butter (or coconut oil ) , vanilla and the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix.
  2. Take about 5 Tbsp of the mixture and put aside.
  3. Add the eggs with the ACV and mix
  4. Add the precooked on vapour sliced zucchini. Mix again
  5. Now add the coconut flour, baking powder and the lemon juice.
  6. place your baking paper into your baking tray , grease it well and pour your mixture.
  7. Place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius. and bake for 30 min.
  8. Top it with the chocolate mixture we saved earlier. top it the way you like .
  9. Cool it for few hours. Serve the brownies cold and enjoy. 😉
