LOW CARB CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients:
250 g Zucchini
2 Eggs
1 Tsp ACV (Apple cidar vinegar)
3/4 Cup of coconut flour * you can replace it with almond flour
1/4 Cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup of water
1/3 Cup butter or coconut oil
- Vanilla or flower water (fee drops) and It’s optional
- Sweetener of choice
Almond (nuts of choice)

Preparation:
- In a mixer add the water, butter (or coconut oil ) , vanilla and the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix.
- Take about 5 Tbsp of the mixture and put aside.
- Add the eggs with the ACV and mix
- Add the precooked on vapour sliced zucchini. Mix again
- Now add the coconut flour, baking powder and the lemon juice.
- place your baking paper into your baking tray , grease it well and pour your mixture.
- Place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius. and bake for 30 min.
- Top it with the chocolate mixture we saved earlier. top it the way you like .
- Cool it for few hours. Serve the brownies cold and enjoy. 😉
